STEFANIEKIM.CO is the controller of the information you provide through the CORE³ Founder Freedom Diagnostic.

What we collect

Your answers to the 27 diagnostic statements, your weekly time estimates, and the contact details you submit: first name, email address, company name, role, revenue range, team size, and primary goal. We also record the campaign source of your visit and your browser user agent.

Why we use it

To calculate and deliver your results, to send the report you requested, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional leadership and growth insights.

Consent

We record the exact wording, version, and timestamp of each consent you give: “Send my diagnostic results and requested CORE³ report to the email address provided.” and “I would also like to receive occasional leadership, operations, marketing, and business-growth insights.”. Marketing consent is optional and separate from receiving your results.

Storage and retention

Your information is stored securely and retained for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Results links are private and unlisted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing stefanie@stefaniekim.co. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
